Basel Tarabein, Broker/Owner
 Basel Tarabein brought several years of experience in sales to the real estate industry when he became licensed in 1999. His skill in real estate evolved quickly and in 2000 he won the "Rookie of the Year" award in recognition of over $10.6 million dollars in sales. The following year, Basel opened his own brokerage in Rolling Meadows, IL. The responsibility of owning and running a brokerage did not slow down his selling, as Basel was awarded the Platinum Club award in 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, and 2005. These distinguished honors joined other achievements such as the Hall of Fame award (2003), 100% Club (2000) and 8 Million Dollar Club (2000). Basel is also a Certified Mentor, and offers all of our agents custom one-on-one training and mentoring. Perhaps the most meaningful of all his accomplishments are the awards his office received for their generous contributions to the RE/MAX-sponsored charity, the Children’s Miracle Network.
Basel credits his business success to surrounding himself with the right people. Success breeds success, and he plans to apply this philosophy to his new office by developing a professional environment that will draw additional quality people. Basel is married to his wife of six years, M.J., and has two children, a daughter Leila and a son Malec. The family resides in Kildeer, IL
